Comment in inside the file: Sitecore.ContentSearch.Lucene.DefaultIndexConfiguration.config

Solution:

  1. Go to Website root and check if the Foilder "App_Data" is there
  2. Check if GeoIP.dat file is there. Otherwise load it from here: http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz
  3. Check Permission. Give acces right to user: NETWORK SERVICE !
